Aotearoa health workforce requests

IMPORTANT: My Health Account (MHA) is the identity management system that acts as a gateway to many different Health New Zealand applications, including this Workforce Requests Portal. There are two types of accounts: My Health Account for personal use, and My Health Account Workforce for workforce use. To address issues some people have been having with My Health Account, all users must now use My Health Account Workforce to login to the Workforce Requests Portal instead.

  • If you already use My Health Account Workforce, no additional action is required, just login to the portal by clicking on the My Health Account Workforce button below.
  • If you have been using My Health Account, you must first login at this link: My Health Account Login to create a workforce profile. This requires only four steps, see instructions here.
  • If you are unsure if you already have a workforce profile, please login and check your account status at My Health Account Workforce Login page.
